How to Play 3D Battleship
Experience the classic naval strategy game reimagined in three-dimensional space with distinct ship models!
Game Objective
Locate and sink all opponent ships hidden within their 3D grid before they sink your fleet.
Accessing Controls (Mobile)
Tap the 🎮 Controls button at the bottom of the screen to show/hide the main control panel.
Placement Phase (Setup)
- Open Controls. Use Ship dropdown. Ghost ship appears on your grid.
- Choose Alignment (X, Y, Z).
- Move mouse/finger over your grid (closer). Ghost ship shows placement: Green (valid), Red (invalid).
- Tap/Click to place. Repeat. Then click Start Combat.
Attack Phase (Gameplay)
- Open Controls. Use Target Depth (Z) (+/-). Click opponent's grid (farther) to fire.
- Scouting: Click Launch Scout. Returns after 3 opponent turns, reveals 1 enemy segment (Orange pulse).
- Results: Red Sphere (Hit), Blue Sphere (Miss). Sunk ships: Dark Grey (faded).
- Check your fleet status icons in the Controls panel.
Camera Controls (3D View)
- Rotate: Left-Click + Drag (One Finger Drag)
- Zoom: Mouse Wheel (Pinch/Zoom)
- Pan: Right-Click + Drag OR
CTRL + Left-Click + Drag (Two Finger Drag)
